Motorcycle Consumer News Recommended Buy! The Classic Draggin’® Jeans have a straight leg with the traditional five pocket design. We also incorporate a larger change pocket on the left side for ease of use on your motorcycle. The jeans are constructed with 14.5 ounce denim and lined at the knee and backside with our famous knitted 13.5 ounce DuPont™ KEVLAR® aramid fiber lining. The protective lining extends from just below the belt loops to, well, just below your ass and extends across from hip seam to hip seam. The protective lining also covers your knee and wraps around the outside of the knee and shin.
A NOTE ON SIZING: Our jeans are cut true to size. Your jeans probably are not. PLEASE refer to our notes on sizing by clicking here, and to the size chart below before purchasing. The best way to determine your own waist size is to button a pair of your jeans and measure the distance between the left and right sides of the waist band. Double that and you've got your waist measurement and the size Draggin’® Jeans that will fit you best. Your jeans may say they're a 46, but in all likelihood, they're actually a 48. Please check before buying.
Each pair of Draggin’® Jeans motorcycle jeans is handmade in the USA! They are pre-washed and pre-shrunk.
2nd pair purchased. They are fantastic! They do the job without being stupid expensive. I mean, I am 66, and I'm not about to spend $270 + for a pair of jeans to ride my Fizzy. Brian J Milot Sr on 22nd Sep 2016
I bought these jeans to have a little more protection than just denim. They are better than I expected. The jeans are definitely heavier material than just the plain jeans I normally wear with the extra protection of the Kevlar. They are very comfortable and fit dead on. I used the recommendation to measure a pair of jeans that fit me well. Glad I did. When I measured my best fitting jeans, waist was 34", length was 32". The tag on the jeans is 32" x 32". I ordered the 34" waist, 32" length and the dragon jeans fit perfect. I plan on purchasing another pair in the near future. Might even try the denim jacket. Doug R. on 9th Sep 2016
Bought these same size as regular jeans, go a size bigger in waist if worries about room. Excellent product overall, wore the, from Washington to Sturgis and back, felt good even in the heat in Wyoming and Nevada. Unknown on 21st Aug 2016
I've tried other Kevlar jeans. For me these fit the best, look and feel more like regular jeans than other makes that I've tried. Unknown on 2nd Aug 2016
I recently lost a lot of weight so the Draggin jeans were to replace a pair that no longer fit. I usually wear ballstic armored riding pants but needed a pair of jeans for the rare instances when I was going to be off the bike and walking around a lot at a destination. I've tried most brands in the medium price range and find Draggin to be the most robust and best made.
But now the problems. First, one of the belt loops broke loose after only a couple of rides. Second, the knee armor is very hard to keep in place. Third, Draggin since the wrong length (32 when I ordered 30) but stoopid me didn't notice until I'd worn them several times and could no longer return them. Hence the three star rather than a four or five star rating. Steve Metz on 22nd Jul 2016
Nice Jeans. Unknown on 15th Jul 2016
My first purchase from Draggin and very impressed. Brian Costello on 13th Jul 2016
A little full in the seat and thighs. Otherwise, a great product! Unknown on 31st May 2016
I've had these for about 8 months now and routinely wear them when I ride to work. They are comfortable on the bike and also sitting at my desk all day. The quality is exceptional and I don't see them falling apart any time soon. Its great to have some protection to offer piece of mind when I'm commuting to work that doesn't make me uncomfortable all day.
I wear a 32x32 in regular (target) jeans and I ordered the same size Draggin Jeans which fit well although after washing them a few times the waist got a bit tighter. I'm not sure if that was me getting bigger or them getting smaller but since all my other pants feel fine it might just be how they wear in. Either way it doesn't bother me that much and the fact that the sizing is so spot on is great.
One thing I will mention is the pads (purchased separately) attach with velcro and are made of a plasticy foam that sticks to your skin when you sweat. If I could request a feature I would suggest making a pocket for the pads to rest in along with the current velcro attachment for customizing the fit. That way the plastic isn't directly on your skin when you ride/sweat. It would also prevent them from moving around when you get on or off the bike.
I have already recommended these to several friends and will continue to do so. I'll be buying another pair soon. Unknown on 20th May 2016
This is my second pair of the Classic style and I am still wearing the first I bought several years ago. I also purchased a pair of Slider jeans in between but not nearly as comfortable and really bad under my Aerostich suit. I hit rain and threw on the Aerostich over the sliders and very uncomfortable. I have worn my Draggin Jeans under that suit many times. I have put many thousands of miles and many washings on my original pair and love them. Made in USA is a plus. Rudy G. on 10th May 2016
