Description

Draggin® Liners (Draggin® Shirt sold separately) are designed to give you great abrasion protection while still wearing your favorite pair of pants! These protective "long johns" utilize the same highly abrasion resistant material used in our Draggin'® Jeans, Jackets, and Shirts.

The unique mesh knit is made with 7.25 ounce per square yard DuPont™ KEVLAR® aramid fiber, which is comfortable (it feels like soft cotton), breathable, allows for excellent air circulation in Summer and layers well in the Winter to help insulate from the cold. Most importantly Draggin'® Liners have two layers of the protective aramid fiber at the knees, seat and hips for added protection.

Draggin'® Liners are constructed with an elastic waistband for comfort and elastic stirrups to accommodate different inseams and to prevent ride up. The Liners stretch not only at the waist, but throughout the leg and inseam. So please be aware that sizing is provided for guidance only.

Each pair of Draggin’® Liners is handmade in the USA!

Please note: The natural color of this protective fiber is canary yellow. Once exposed to sunlight it will deepen to a goldenrod shade. Slight variation in color (as well as the color change) is not only normal, but to be expected.

    Draggin Liners

Published by Roy on 1st Mar 2021

I've worn Draggin Liner long johns for the past seven years in 40 - 100+ deg weather, on day rides and long tours (70,000+ miles, 30 states). They breath very well in the heat and provide insulation if I have rain gear on. I bought the SAS-Tec armor, and sewed on pockets at the hip and knees so they stay in place and are easy to remove. In 2014, I laid the bike down at 60 mph, and slid across the pavement. One layer of the double layer kevlar wore through on one knee. I always ride with these under my regular jeans. I highly recommend this product.

    Draggin Liner bottoms

Published by Chain Grease on 19th Dec 2019

Impressed with the look and the heavy duty feel of these liners, 100% coverage plus double layer over the knees and rump/ thighs. They fit great, size was right on. Quite comfortable under my old pair of jeans, I even wore Carhartt long underwear under them and everything fit snug, I felt well protected. The foot loop is an awesome bonus feature. Ordering and shipping was quick and hassle free, came a day earlier than expected which was cool since I was going for a ride that evening. We'll see how they hold up. Beats all the over priced riding pants with 1/4 the protection. Highly recommended, ride safe friends!

    Nice Product

Published by Anthony Raimondo on 23rd Oct 2019

I purchased the Kevlar undergarment (the mesh version). The garment is really comfortable, and breathes well. I haven't gone down on the bike while wearing them (thankfully), but I feel a lot safer out there.

    No regrets

Published by Unknown on 1st Aug 2019

Just came back from a 4,000 miles (6,500KM) ride.
Had them all the time (sometimes for 7 hours a day) and I did not notice they were on.
Middle of summer and they were no hotter then my Jeans, but offer allot more protection.
I did not get any chaffing or anything. I did get caught in the rain and they take a while to dry without the machine.

I have not had the chance to see/feel them perform, and I hope I never do, but so far, I do not regret the purchase and they feel like they will deliver, if they ever have too.

    Good Product But...

Published by Unknown on 16th Jul 2019

The pants are comfortable and I wear them over knee pads and padded shorts while wearing jeans. I feel much safer with them on as long as they work as stated. Fortunately, so far I haven't had to test them out. The biggest draw of them for me is they don't come in long sizes. I'm 6'5" 240lbs I have to cut off the foot straps to be able to wear them. They do ride up halfway up my calves but I usually wear tall riding boots which help protect the parts of my legs that aren't protected by the pants.

    Not for Long Trips

Published by Unknown on 7th Jul 2019

Just took a 2k mile trip using the liners. These things are fine for a single day, but I discovered several important things. 6+ hour days of riding after 5 days left me with ingrown hairs and some sort of weird chaffing from ankle to butt. This wasn’t just a heat rash because I had ingrown hairs and even a boil or two. :( yes, bathing was still happening in this trip but uuuugh. These aren’t things that I’ve ever had before. By day 5 I was worried about the risk of infection to the spots on my legs if I kept wearing them so I finally stopped and picked up overpants instead.

Additionally, the cuffs of the pants are not the most comfortable inside of my riding boots.

I’ve been using these for the last year+ for casual riding without problems. They’re a little awkward at first but are a great thing if you’re new to riding and not ready to drop a lot on gear.

Allow me to ride in all my regular pants

Published by Taurus on 12th Jun 2019

I struggled to find reasonably priced motorcycle pants that I could integrate into my smart casual dress style. These pants allow all me to ride in all my regular jeans and chinos.
They breathe well so I dont have to take them off when I get to work.
If I could change a few things:
    - they fit more like comfortable pyjama pants than tights. I would have preferred a closer fit.
    - they dont have allowance for armour like some of their competitors do. This maybe a nice addition to subsequent designs though i feel more secure when my amour sits right against the part of the body its protecting. I wear them on top of Forcefield sleeves that carry my D3O CE2 knee amour and will figure out a way of getting hip armour pockets onto them as well.

Complete, kevlar protection for my legs

Published by Unknown on 6th Jun 2019

I watched a video test of riding jeans with Kevlar protection on the key areas of knees, shin, hip and butt. The key areas offered protection from skin injury. The areas without the Kevlar protection, suffered injury.

These under pants, offer complete protection with a double layer of Kevlar in the key areas ( a big plus). Appear to be well made, fit is as recommended by Draggin. I just like the idea of being able to wear regular, Levi, jeans and have that Kevlar protection.

Comfy and seem very well made

Published by The Road Less Traveled in Texas on 2nd May 2019

Rode with them on an 85F+ day the first time I had them on and found them comfortable. They were cooler than a pair of lined pants I have for sure. They look very well made as well. I'd buy again and would recommend them for sure.
