The Blue Women's Modern Fit Draggin’® Jeans have a straight leg boot cut with the traditional five pocket design. This style has a modern mid-rise waist. We added a higher rise in the back to accommodate the riding position. We also incorporate the change pocket on the left side for ease of use on your bike.
We use 14.5 ounce denim and a protective lining made with 13.5 ounce DuPont™ KEVLAR® aramid fiber. The protective lining extends from just below the belt loops to, well, just below your ass. It extends vertically from hip seam to hip seam. We cover your knees as well with protection that wraps around to cover the front and outside of the knee and shin.
Each pair of Draggin’® Jeans is handmade in the USA! They are pre-washed and pre-shrunk. We cut our jeans exactly true to size, so we recommend measuring a pair of your own jeans to get the right fit.
PLEASE NOTE: The Modern Fit Draggin'® Jeans DO NOT HAVE POCKETS FOR ARMOR. Armor can be added directly to the knitted lining with the use of provided industrial velcro tabs. If you would like jeans with armor pockets in them, please consider our new COMFORT jeans. These jeans are finished at a 34" inseam. These can be hemmed to fit.
I went down on some gravel and they held up protecting my skin. Wasn't going very fast, but I've low sided before wearing regular jeans and spent the week after wearing bandages. Draggin' jeans are now part of my gear that go on before getting on the bike. Julie Stander on 16th Jul 2017
These jeans are 2 sizes too small from what I normally wear. Don't get distracted by the size chart. Order what they say on their chart! I had to return my 10's for a 12 and I am a size 8. Although the 10 fit well standing, sitting on a motorcycle or bending was not a great fit by my normal size.
Women, keep in mind these are protective and have no give whatsoever in the material, which we are used to.
Returning for another size larger which is discouraging, but happy to get a protective jean.
Wish they would state how stiff these are on their site.
